Service Description
A 60-minute private coaching and education session for pregnancy and birth preparation. We can work on childbirth education, provider questions, common interventions and choices, comfort measures, movement and everyday wellness, partner preparation, birth preferences, and practical real-life homework between sessions. This is education and coaching, not medical care.
